THE VILLA
Chris & Debbie bought this beautiful villa in 2019 after several wonderful holidays in Dalyan. Set in the quiet location of Metinler, off the main boulevard into Dalyan centre, its an easy 10 minutes stroll to all the restaurants, shops and harbour centre. It is also just around the corner from Dalyan’s vibrant weekly market. The villa has a wonderful modern and spacious feel inside, with a large open plan living/dining area, fitted with a luxury kitchen, three double bedrooms, and two luxury bathrooms. There is a balcony overlooking the garden from the master bedroom with its huge emperor bed and built-in mirrored wardrobes. The other bedrooms (with king-size bed and two single beds) both have direct access through French windows to the garden, with its own private swimming pool and spacious terrace for dining and sunbathing.
The pool has built-in steps and direct views from the living room, a great benefit to families with small children. The ground floor bedrooms and living space is also easily accessible for wheelchairs.

The private garden comfortably accommodates a large covered terrace with outdoor dining for six, with a built-in barbeque for al-fresco cooking. There is also a large patio area surrounding the generously sized pool with six loungers and umbrellas for that all-important sun worshipping!
THE ROOMS
Villa Suheyla has three bedrooms. The master with ensuite facilities and balcony. A massive emperor bed and flat screen tv. The second bedroom offers a king size bed. The third bedroom is a generous twin room. All rooms have built in wardrobes. Every room is fitted with air conditioning and the kitchen is well equipped with built-in hob, extractor, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. It also has all the essential utensils for cooking as well as kettle, toaster and a water cooler for fresh drinking. There is an alarm system installed, plus a safe, with free wireless connection, TV and DVD player in the living room, plus a TV in the master bedroom. Towels are available for both the bathroom and sun loungers and there are games, books and DVDs stocked for all ages. Extra baby facilities are available on request.

The Villa is managed by the fantastic Selina & Mezut from Select, Dalyan, who are always to hand to help out with your needs at the villa. They will arrange all your airport transfers, let you into the villa and show you around. As well as this, they can offer recommendations for wonderful day trip activities and great restaurants and can make the bookings for you. They also offer great deals on hiring transport for your stay. They are only a WhatsApp away if you need anything!

At the southern end of Iztuzu Beach, the centre has saved many loggerhead and green turtles injured by fishing hooks, nets and boat propellers
Dalyan Mud Bath & Springs
Dalyan Mud Baths are one of the most popular activities in Dalyan and are said to be good for rheumatism, lower back pain, and sciatica.

"We have just stayed at Villa Suheyla, Dalyan, for a week in April. This is superb, what a treat! The villa itself is detached, with three bedrooms. The master bedroom upstairs is huge. The bed is massive and very comfortable. It's very modern and it was a pleasure to be able to stay somewhere like this. It is a ten minute easy flat walk to the shops and bars, although there is a small shop just just around the corner for your essentials - bread, dairy, alcohol etc, so you don't have trail anywhere to stock your fridge up. The WiFi is very good and in fact it has 2 WiFi routers, one upstairs and one down, which I thought was excellent. It means that when you're in the garden, you have wifi all the time - fantastic! The pool is lovely and would be great for kids as it's only about 4ft deep, but not heated so is cold at this time of year. The villa is fully equipped and even had a water stand like in the gyms - fantastic touch again, so no trailing big bottles of water back and forth like I have had to on other holidays. There's plenty of storage space...the owners have obviously spent a lot of money on their beautiful villa. It really shows!"

"I just wanted to drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful Villa. It really is a little piece of heaven. We had an amazing fortnight in Dalyan and the villa was ideal for us.
As you know we were a family of 5 and there was ample room for us all. The master bedroom is to die for and I wish I could have brought the bed home with us. The girls all slept in the downstairs rooms and also said the beds were super comfy.
Pick up and transfer on arrival and departure was spot on. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool man came every day to hoover it and test the chemicals. We loved the location as it wasn't too far to walk into the centre at night and there were a couple of little supermarkets nearby.
Our friends popped over for a bbq one night and they were very jealous of our gorgeous accommodation. Selina was on hand if we needed anything ..and was amazing! We did 2 boat trips, a jeep safari and took the little rowing boat over to the ruins. We ate out every night and had a wonderful time."
